This wall hanging mirror replaced the older mirror that sat on my bathroom counter. It is perfect! The mirror is sharp with no distortions and the handle is sturdy. I am very pleased with this product!I used the wall stud to put the screws in. Anchors that came with it may not handle the weight. Great mirror! Happy wife, happy life!Great mirror my wife was looking for a mirror that would make it easier to see up close when putting on her makeup. She give this mirror two thumbs up.the outlet plug was missing from the package, which was not sealed. the usb cable was included. The reduction in the rating was for the delivery/shipping process not the performance of the light. Customer service could only offer me a replacement or refund. I have other outlet plugs that can be used since this is only for charging.Mirror on both sides is fine. Light brightness is fine. The only drawbacks to this is it has to be installed where there is a stud behind the wall where you put the mounting screws OR screw a 1x4 to two studs and then mount the mirror bracket to the 1x4. The screws sent with this will not be sufficient to mount it and be sturdy. Secondly, the charge doesn't last more than a few days of using it just in the mornings.I liked the mirror when it lit up and I was able to see all my imperfections up close using the magnifying side. Always a joy. It really did help with my shaving though. Biggest issue with that was the fact that because I could see what I had been previously been missing in my shaving routine, it nearly double the time I spent shaving. But that's all done now. The battery will no longer charge. It lights up all nice and green on the edges to indicate that it's fully charged, but the mirror no longer lights when I touch the power on area. Not even a year and the battery is shot. Others may have better luck, but I'm not recommending this to anyone.It works great! Easy to install too.Love this mirror! Perfect for putting in my contacts and doing my makeup. First attempt of installing I broke one of the pieces to put the screw in. Replaced with a better quality from Home Depot. Other than that it’s great!
