It is just a little difficult to line up the holes on the back with screws I used. I had to use better screws, with better wall-grabbing capability than what was included. I installed an electrical outlet in a recess behind the mirror, which is not an easy job. It looks great and works great, as described.The mirror is beautiful. Unfortunately, none of the photos showed the ugly bright red control lights at the bottom of mirror and I didn't see them until we installed the mirror and plugged it in. Who puts bright red lights on the front of such a beautiful mirror? I have a cosmetic lighted mirror that has light white controls on it - NOT UGLY BRIGHT RED ones. It's too late to return the mirror (the remodel was delayed as remodeled usually are!). Why do the control lights have to be so bright?Easy to install. Lays flat on the wall. Looks great in my bathroomWe used these lights for our salon and we love them. Our clients love them as well, the three options of tone for the light is nice and even though we don’t use the defogger everyone loves that it’s there! It really brightens up the space and helps our clients have flattering light.Love the look! These are really attractive on my ship lap wall. The LED diffuser around the mirror had some weird styrofoam caking on it from shipping and not having the protective plastic on it, but that easily cleaned off. I liked this so much I bought a second one for the house.Love the ability to change brightness on mirrorMy first one arrived broken and had to be replaced, it looks pretty, very large, not too heavy. I love it!I purchased 3 of these mirrors and one of them keeps shorting out. It fails to turn on. I can not find a way to contact the supplier. This is very unfortunate.
