Would have been 5 stars if not for small chip in corner. Otherwise, works great and is as advertised. Don't overdo the bass when using the speakers as they are a little fragile, it is behind a mirror after all.Like the product, will look better sunk into the wall. Sleek, modern and the light is very flattering. My only complaint was the lights did not work at first because there was a loose wire. We fixed that. I don't like that when the light is off, the on-off button is an annoying red light when off and a blue light when on. This would be a better product if the button itself did not light up. The touch button to turn the light on is very nice and easy.So 3rd time is a charm. The first time I ordered the mirror, we paid for an electrician to come out since it's hardwired. He installed, turned the mirror on - looked beautiful! But then 5 minutes after he left, the mirror never came on again. Gah!! The manufacturer was super responsive and answered emails overnight and quickly tried to resolve the issue. We ended up having to send it back to Amazon. Second mirror arrived shattered. There was a rip in the box right so I'm sure it was a shipping issue. Back to Amazon it went. Third try, success!! It's beautiful and I love it.Our Decorapart LED bathroom mirror arrived early and in tact. It was packaged thoroughly to prevent damage.Though we haven't installed it yet, the mirror is exactly as pictured - I'm looking forward to seeing it hung in our new bathroom.The mirror is lovely and hangs easily, although it is not extremely bright. My criticism has to do with having the unit shipped with a wiring diagram that seems to refer to an earlier model. Then I spent a day attempting to wire it with no success before discovering that the mirror had shipped with a loose connection in the wiring box. Customer service did try to help but was slow enough that I discovered the loose connection before they could help me resolve the problem.Speakers were an added bonus. I didn’t realize they were included. Great quality!Worth the price. Great packaging and arrived as scheduledI’m giving them three stars because they have great customer service. I never installed either mirror because they were broken upon arrivalWe’ve had this mirror for about one week and are very pleased with all the features. Very quick 5 day delivery. No issues or concerns so far.
